Photo and Video Shoot Waiver - Next Athletics

Thank you for participating in the Next Athletics photo and video shoot on Sunday 30th June at Beecroft Public School. All participants in this photo and video shoot, including staff, coaches, parents and children, must agree to the waiver terms and complete the waiver form below.

I have been informed and understand that Athletics Australia (“AA”) is capturing and producing still photos and video and that my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or performance is being recorded as part of that production ("Next Athletics Promo").

1. I grant AA and its designees the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance as embodied in the Next Athletics Promo whether recorded on or transferred to videotape, video files, film, slides, photographs, audio tapes, or other media, now known or later developed.
This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or re-use the Next Athletics Promo in whole or part as AA may elect. AA or its designee shall have complete ownership of the Next Athletics Promo in which I appear, including copyright interests, and I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the Next Athletics Promo or its copyright.

2. I also grant AA and its designees the right to the use (full or in part) of all video footage and still images taken of or by me and/or recordings made of my voice and/or written extraction, in whole or in part, of such recordings or musical performance for the purpose of illustration, broadcast, digital, or distribution in any manner.

3. In consideration of all the above, I hereby acknowledge receipt of reasonable and fair consideration from AA.
